《TOAST》全麥堅果土司篇

我終於還是自己打奶泡，
為著早餐的拿鐵，
配上烤了酥脆丶昨夜出爐的《全麥堅果土司》，⋯⋯
孩子們有烤土司及布列塔尼的黑醋粟果醬配熱鮮奶。

也許有天，
長大的孩子將食物與母親連結，一如Nigel Slater的自傳--《TOAST - The Story of Boy's Hunter》p.1, 對母親的回憶；

" It is impossible not to love someone who makes toast for you... as your teeth break through the rough, toasted crust and sink into the doughy cushion of white bread underneath. Once the warm, salty butter has hit your tongue, you are smitten. Putty in their hands."

是啊！你怎麼能不愛上為你烤土司的人，那齒脣咬過那烘烤酥脆的土司片，那溫熱的鹹奶油在觸及舌尖的一刻，你是如此被觸動！

廚娘很期待這樣的土司魔法成真。
